Who operates Developer Role Finder

Developer Role Finder is a product by Appvertising Ltd, Birmingham, United Kingdom. These Terms of Use explain the intended use of Developer Role Finder as a career preparation, role-fit, Master CV, opportunity matching and application-support workspace.

Product purpose

Developer Role Finder provides role-fit assessment, skill gap analysis, improvement guidance, Master CV support, application-pack preparation, application tracking and opportunity matching support for developers and IT professionals.

Career guidance, not a job guarantee

Results, scores, plans, opportunity matches, CV suggestions, application packs, interview preparation notes and tracker information are guidance only. They do not guarantee employment, interviews, salary outcomes, application success, employer replies or acceptance by any company.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing results, validating job details, checking original job postings, preparing honest applications and making their own career decisions. Users should not submit inaccurate, exaggerated or misleading claims to employers.

Master CV and application packs

Master CV, CV preview, application packs, message drafts, motivation letters, interview questions and checklists are preparation tools. Users should review and edit every generated or suggested text before sending it and keep only claims that match their real experience.

Opportunity matching

Opportunity matches are based on imported job data, role definitions, user profile information, skill signals, language checks, work-mode fit and other product logic. Users should always verify company details, requirements, domain, location, salary, working conditions and application deadlines before applying.

Paid access and billing

Career Match Access starts with an initial payment that opens the workspace and includes the first 30 days of access. After the first period, monthly renewal keeps the workspace active if the user continues. Billing is handled through Stripe.

Subscription renewal and cancellation

Users can manage or cancel renewal through the billing portal when available. Canceling stops future renewal, but already-paid access may remain active until the end of the current paid period. Canceling does not automatically delete saved account or workspace data.

Stripe payments

Payment processing is provided by Stripe. Developer Role Finder may store billing status, Stripe customer ID and Stripe subscription ID to manage paid access. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by Developer Role Finder.

Account access

Users are responsible for keeping their login details secure. Access to paid workspace features requires a valid account and active paid access. Developer Role Finder may restrict access if billing status requires attention or if access has expired.

Data and workspace content

Assessment answers, candidate profile information, Master CV content, uploaded CV photo URL, saved opportunities, application packs and tracker activity may be stored so the workspace can function and users can return to saved work.

Service availability and changes

Developer Role Finder may change features, pricing, matching logic, billing flow, data model, opportunity sources and product structure over time. The service may also be interrupted for maintenance, hosting issues, third-party service issues or technical problems.

No professional legal, financial or employment advice

Developer Role Finder is a software product for career preparation and application support. It does not provide legal, financial, immigration, tax or guaranteed employment advice. Users should seek appropriate professional advice where needed.

Limitation of expectations

Developer Role Finder helps users understand direction, improve preparation and apply with more focus. It cannot control employer decisions, market conditions, hiring requirements, interview outcomes, salary offers or whether a user receives replies.

Changes to these terms

These Terms of Use may be updated as Developer Role Finder develops, adds features, changes service providers, updates pricing or prepares for wider commercial launch.

Legal review note

This page is a product terms draft and should be reviewed before full public commercial launch to match the final company details, jurisdiction, billing structure, subscription model, data processing, refund policy and support process.
